Because we own the majority of the buildings, we can offer our tenants flexible terms, without the need to pay key money, agent fees or a guarantor.

Most of our apartments are for long term stay . A selection of the apartments are leased out for a monthly stay and even weekly and daily stay.

Budget range for the apartments found on the website start from 35,000 yen to 80,000 yen.

We offer flexible terms depending on your situation and do not require a Guarantor, Key Money or Agency Fee.
